We specialize in micro events (2-50 guests). But we love larger events too. Curating an event is all about the experience. We engage your senses- Sight, Sound, Taste, Touch, and Smell to create just the right atmosphere for you.

When curating an experience for you a few things we consider are:

  • Which emotions do you want to ignite? Sentimental, Joy, Love, Pride...
  • How will your guests interact? Intimate & Laid-Back, Social & Upbeat, Virtually / In Person or a combination...
  • What will they remember? A ‘sparkle’ or ‘wow’ factor...

THE PROCESS

3 Phases:

Phase 1(Discovery)- Complete our Discovery Questionnaire  where we learn about you and your celebration, then we schedule a Discovery Session where we review your vision for your celebration and you learn how we can help.

Phase 2 (Create)- After your Discovery Session our work begins. We create a high level Celebration Concept draft with quote for you to react to and approve.  

Phase 3 (Celebrate)- We convert your quote to an invoice. A 50% deposit will be due to secure your date and our services. Then we do all the work to allow you to show up & celebrate!
